Hey, I just saw Kanoakavirus' signature, which I think is great, and it got me arguing with myself about it. It goes like this:
What happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object? Just thought that could spark off an interesting debate ![]() Personally I reckon the answer is either a fragmentation of the force, or it ricocheting as one. A friend of mine reckons the answer is nothing happens at all, I just thought I'd add that for it's worth, however I can easily disprove that one - no force or energy can either appear or dissapear, they only transfer and change forms of force/energy. I think I'll add a poll of the obvious answers I can think of as well

Well since you can have no force that is 'unstoppable' (every action has an equal an opposite reaction) I conclude that this scenario is impossible.

I must say, I feel some what flattered.
I also believe that when an unstoppable force meets an unmovable object, i become ruler of planet earth :) simples!. But in all seriousness its one of those riddles that will forever live along side ones such as what came first , the chicken or the egg?. I how ever always feel the need to point out that no one actually specified the egg has to have came from a chicken, could of been a dinosaur egg for all i know lol.

I do that too!! Haha. I thought that was just me being annoying, but then of course they say, Ok, chicken or chicken egg, the answer I give them is the egg. Its obviously evolution, but evolution won't just happen because you feel like you need wings, if it goes through generations and wings would be of help to your body, then you're child/egg may very well have wings. You however, will never.
