Default HDTV but no hdmi?

is this a good tv for my ps3 ?uts hdtv but ut does not have and hdmi input will it still look good whithout the hdmi input is it worth it or should i just look for another tv for my ps3 tha has an hdmi input?"waht does hdmi exactly do?click onm this link to look at the tv http://www.walmart.com/catalog/produ...uct_id=5272608

Using the "composite video inputs" would be better. I always believe you get a better picture like that, just make sure you use decent cables such as monster cables, etc.

Composite video is not as good as an S-Video connection unless dealing with a compatible connection.

I would think your best bet if you have your heart absolutely set on that screen would be to use a quality hdmi-dvi cable and connect it that way. Or you might want to consider getting a slightly bigger screen with a hdmi connection on it. Terry why composite? You do mean the single yellow cable for video? It is the worst type of video connection available. Or Do you mean component because that is also very good quality but not as good as hdmi or dvi im my book. Yeah I just noticed it is an old thread but ive written it now./

Look out as HD TVs come in many formats.

Some are not true HD but have a processed HD signal.

1080p is the one to get.
