Having this gadget on hand could,"save your life" so to speak, if used in certain situations. This gadget will definitely catch the eye of the consumer and sell very easily. . People will take your idea as their own if not careful. Most curious as to the manufacturing and mass production to marketing/selling . Also need pro's and cons on selling via internet vs. putting on a novelty shop shelf.

grab a patent and then go to a new product development agency. They will probably screw you over, but it is better than going bankrupt for failing to market properly.

In most states, you can file a Poor Man's Patent. Contact the Better Business Bureau in your area. You can have them sign a disclaimer before gaining their advice, promising not to use or pass the info. on.
