my phone is locked so i cant put in my new sim card and i need to unlock my phone any help are there how to guides or free programs you can get

Hi Robina.
Unfortunately software (and in some cases; hardware) that allows you to do this is illegal. The 'lock' is there for, granted, money-making purposes. But the providers, such as Orange and Vodaphone have paid for that privilege. This is why "Sim Free" phones command such a premium. As such we cannot discuss this matter any further. I'm sure you're not aware of this or you wouldn't have started this thread. But now you know.
