ask friends your age where they work and ask for an application..when you'v filled it out give it back to your friend and they will give it to their manager..this is a more direct approach to get someone to consider you especiallly if your friend is a good worker, their reccomendation could really help

They're using that as an excuse because you didn't impress them enough on the interview or you've filled out your application innacurately. There are 4 grammatical/spelling errors in your question above. They look at stuff like that when deciding who to call back. If you want to get hired, dress nicely with clothes that fit and shirt tucked in, no sunglasses. Try not to speak ebonics and address the staff respectfully. Do this even if you are applying for a job at a fast food place. Lastly, bring a resume even if you havent had a prior job. List your skills and that you're willing to learn new ones.

For a young age it is best to go by word of mouth. Who is hiring young teens? Then you apply also. They will keep your application on file if a spot opens up.Many fast food restaurants hire teens, car washes, newspaper delivery, pet sitting, lawn mowing and yard clean up.The Government restricts the hiring of teens under 16. And teens under 18 can only work certain hours, no more than a given number of hours, and must be supervised and not left alone on the job.Good Luck

Maybe what you should do is start your own business. But you have to check the laws to make sure you aren't breaking any. If you start your own business, you choose how old people have to be to work for you.

Hey never break down. It's never too late.well I prefer you check this out. They have helped thousands of us. They have helped me. I guarantee they will even help you.You can always make some good money working on the net. But the most important factor is that you find a source that really helps you. It's totally worthless trying anything anywhere. Cause you need to pay them. And according to me 87% of on line moneymaking schemes are fraud. Thus I give you the one I use and have found to be most fruitful in comparison to the price that you need to pay.Take my word:1) I suggest you put some 1-3 hours of effort and you will see really juicy results.2) It's not spoon fed. You need to have a desire to work. Cause in world nothing comes for free.and you will earn enough to meet your needs.I hope It will work for you cause it works for me. And I love the ease of its usage. Hope you get what you are searching for.Best Of Luckjust check out the link below.. http://mirhan.legitonl.hop.click
