Anyone here suffer from Insomnia? I believe i have it
I've been to the doctors for it but all they said was to eat more healthy... which i already did before even going. It's been the same pattern for the last 10 years now, I'll sleep for 3-4 hours and then i wont feel tired in the slightest for another 30-36 hours. I sleep less then 18 hours a week. Tonight 9:30 pm my girlfriends mother gave me 2 very powerful sleeping pills, when i say very powerful... put it this way she takes 1/2 a night and sleeps a good 8-10 hours yet here i am at 2:50 am still wide awake listening to my girlfriend snore as i type this. Staying awake with such little sleep doesn't seem to effect me at all physically or mentally which is probably why the docs haven't done anything about it yet.
I just wanted to get that of my chest anyone in the same boat or know of someone who suffers from the same ?

I have a different problem. I sleep too much. I sleep ten to twelve hours every night... it's horrendous and leads me to have to do all nighters such as this.

I Use to. I dont know think getting older helped a lot. How old are you? Ive heard of some people who pull 48 hours or more 'all nighters' and then have their sleep cycles fixed. Friend did it once, said it was kinda horrible but it worked. If you dont really mind the insomnia and the doctors arnt worried i wouldnt try to fix it. You also said you arnt affected by it so it seems like you would get a lot of work done or have lots of fun at parties .
