Quite a depressing fact is that for the cost of my computer that I built I could have bought an iMac and had change left over :(

The 20" one with a 2.66GHZ core 2 duo and 2GB DDR2 800MHZ Memory. Although you can't get a good graphics card with the iMac

it kind of makes sense: Apple Computer Corp. is a hardware company. Macintosh is an OS.
Microsoft is a software company. They can feel free to install their sofware on any platform they choose. It is easy enough to install Windows on a mac too. Ive tried :P
