I suppose it could, it just seems to be the MAC users that take the most effort to have a go at windows

Windows has more options to fiddle around with. For example there is so much in the control panel, whereas there isn't on a mac!!

There is even more in the control panel if you download the control panel expander like I have

The one you posted as default was a very stripped down install, not Security Centre, Networking, the computer would be pretty useless.

I think I have as many Control Panel icons..
