Michael Jackson passed away from cardiac arrest in his LA home this afternoon (USA) all major news channels are reporting.
No matter how you see him this is a shocking and sad event. RIP

well tbh he was proven inoccent and he not at all was foudn guilty no evidance it was absoulte stupid accusations by desperate familys a great man has now gone out of this world show some respect. :/

I think the family accepting the 18mil says more about them than him.

If that had happened to me, i'd want the person to suffer, beit in prison or similar, money wouldn't come into it. Clearly the money was more important to them then the judgment. Maybe his lawyer thought they would lose less settling than losing in court too. Another thing is how many times have you read about some dude wrongly accused of rape by a women? The jury will pretty much always side with a woman in those cases, along with the media and everyone else, whatever the evidence because they are seen as the the weaker side and why would those little sweethearts make something like that up right? Just like jakos cases, no man really stands a chance against a minor, innocent or guilty. I'm not taking sides, just there is always another side to it all and no one really knows, so why not judge someone on the facts, like his music.. My System: Hybr!d

Money can buy and get you off with anything, I do understand that a lot of people may have jumped on the molestation bandwagon, but you can't have kids sleeping in your bed when charges were already brought against you and expect nothing to be said!
It's the typical human sympathy mind, oh he was an a**hole when he was alive, but now he's dead he's was a great guy..............screw that
