That's really rather good CP. For a first time.
I'm currently doing something similar (also for the first time) creating animated smileys using paintshop and animator pro. Bit fiddly though. Takes a while.  Even more fiddly on Photoshop.

the software i used is really easy. just add pictures, set your desired time delay, and save. its a trial, but still handy. this is a good website for gif stuff http://www.gifworks.com/index.php

'imageready' is a good programe for this.... you just set a timer between frames ill see if i can find one

ive got a few but they dont wanna open as gifs lol... must of been something i did when i transfered my old files onto here... anyways yeh imageready is a well good programe, bargain for what it does My System: Mine
