Is an International team manager not an important enough job to require someone with a proven track record?

Mourinho. End of.

Why would an English manager have to be employed?

Mourinho has a proven track record, can speak English fluently, every single player and fan has a huge amount of respect for him, he could do nothing but a good job for our national side.

If Klinsmann got it I could see Germany beating US 5-1....

Ah, still like watching that game.

Capello is a decent manager, wouldn't like him in charge of our national team though.
