Newegg uses bill me later as well as a newegg preferred account which no payments for up to 12 months is possible. However when i tried to sign up for the preferred account it denied me and i spent about a week on the phone trying to find out why as i have a great credit history an all. So i dropped that idea. As far as the bill me later goes i believe it is no payments for 90 days and if paid it full before that 90 days you pay no interest. If you do not pay the full amount within those 90 days then the interest from those 90 days comes piling in and you pay it. What i did was signed up for a credit card that offered no interest on purchases for 15months and purchased my new build that way.

hope this helps..
