Default Is it ok for a 20 year old to lift weights?

I want to grow taller still but I am concerned that this will prevent me growing taller.

a lot start much younger, if you dint want to grow taller and grow taller and go stronger, i would suggest that you lift small weights, run, cycle

In the early days bots were used to populate the empty forums, some of the old threads are still lurking around.

Are you being serious? I didn't think bots, especially forum bots had the ability to respond to such stimuli. Amazing, really.
