Default Paypal fees calculator

If, like me, you tend to use paypal a lot simply because it's convenient, but aren't sure how much to charge a buyer because of the fees, then the following website will be of good use.

Say if you want £30 for a motherboard, if you take it via paypal you will be receiving £28.78! If you want a straight £30 you would have to calculate the fees yourself which would be a pain in the arse to say the least.

Well, the website is http://ppcalc.com and can calculate paypal fees when sending and receiving funds, quite a funky little gadget.

Default Paypal fees calculator

Thanks for that link, added to my ever growing favourites list.

PayPal fees always seem a little steep to me...

Yeah I think the same, especially if you've sold something on eBay, couple both the fees together and your losing out on around 15% of your selling price!

I've started to sell more on Amazon, they charge a flat 11% for electronics.

I will have to look in to that, I'm starting to loose trust in eBay. Fed up with non payers and the like.
