Sky + boxes

When we had Sky + for the 1st few weeks every thing was alright,then It started freezing,nothing new there,we had that with the old sky box,and so every so often we would pull the Plug and wait for a few min,and all was well,But when we had the new Sky + after a few weeks of being alright,it froze,so we pulled the plug and Nothing,so up they came and gave us a new box,3 days went by and the same thing Froze and would not come back on,so up they came again,and another New box,3 days later,same thing and Another New box,so 3 in about 10 days,Finally wonders alive its Working,BUT,Theres always a BUT,after about 4 Months its started again,every 2 days or so it goes into the Freeze mode,but this time when we pull the plug it do come back on,But its a Bloody Pest,Please any help would be Gratefully Recieved,

I doubt there is much you can do but call sky.

Maybe it is time for another new box courtesy of Sky

Get them to give you one of the new Thompson ones, meant to be very good.
