So for all those people in the UK, we have been hit by fairly serious snow fall.

Down here in Devon at the moment, it is piling down fast, We've been out since 5 feeding the livestock and desperately trying to clear some of the snow off the roads to allow us to move around a bit easier. Snow is just a PITA on a farm

I'll go out and take some snaps in a minute, but if anyone else has any, please post away :)

We was lucky with the snow, even though it snowed it didnt settle for a while and then we had a fair bit of sleet and also rain later last night which washed a bit away, this is a photo from this morning, cant say im complaining though! The worse part is that rain has froze and everything has a layer of ice on top the paths are a nightmare to walk on.

Glad I live where I do, compared to other parts of the UK we are very lucky...

Yeah most of use down here decided we're too cool for school

It got cancelled after a while, but at least we missed some. people were piling out glad to be released a few lessons early, screaming away, what they didn't realise is that those with any brains didn't bother in the first place!

Yep ... I cant remember them ever closing schools, when I was young. We had snow every year ... I think we have all gone a bit soft and the Authorities are paranoid about Health & Safety and Lawsuits.
We have been spoilt with mild winters and when we do get a cold one, everyone's forgotten what to do, I reckon.
I bet counries like Switzerland have a great laugh, watching how we struggle, without a clue.
Yesterday .... there was not one London Bus, until the evening ...... but Taxis and cars were running fine ....... who makes these "jelly livered" decisions is beyond me !!

Well im sure Serverguy that you secretly wish that there is more.

It looks very bad where you are. My front lawn is like an ice rink but I'm afraid I was too lazy to get up and take pics :D

My bro who is currently at Imperial Uni says it's at least 1.5 feet up there!!
