Default Spring clean

Just been having a bit of spring clean today (well, the mrs demanded it).

Amongst the hundreds of books and videos found i've come across two awesome games that i used to play on my Amiga.

F29 retaliator and Flight of the Intruder :D

Anybody remember these?

And what old things have you found during your clean ups?

I remember my Amiga! Loved it!

Sensible Soccer, Lemmings and the other one by the same people that made sensi soccer but war theme.

I moved about 6 years ago and all my cool old stuff went out in the trash then.

The Amiga, was the before or after the Commodore 64? I can't remember. LOL I guess that means I'm getting old.

I've still got my C64 somewhere, and a (still awesome) game called Delta for it.

I don't remember a Commodore 54, is that like the model before the 64 ;)

If you have loads of items you don't want you should sell the online, maybe ebay for little items and bits and bobs.

I used to like to run BASIC with the massive amount of lines and subroutines etc on the baby below.
For/Next and If/Then statements used to have me engrossed.

My first computer was the Sega Mastersystem, it was great lol. The free sonic game built in was the best, it still owns and is top even with these newer games. In my opinion.

couln't agree more Blue.

Doesn't matter to me about graphical prowess, its all about playability. Look at the legend of Zelda on the SNES! or Street fighter turbo.

Goldeneye on the 64. etc etc etc.

Doesn't matter how pretty a game is does it, if it isn't very playable then you won't play it will you.

We are similar when it comes to games. I have always preferred the Nintendo line rather then Sony, or Mirosoft even though they are usually better graphics wise. I even bought all the old Game Boy Zelda games not too long ago.

The zelda series of RPG's are to me the best ever. I've played the Final Fantasy series etc but nothing Touches Zelda on the Snes.

I'm not so bothered about the console i have, again, its the game i aim for.

Hence having a number of consoles that i only really play one game on.

Gran Turismo on the PS2, Halo on the Xbox, Oblivion on the 360, Mario Kart and Zelda on the Snes.
