I want a sub for my car and ive got a brand new peugeot 107 i bought it 2007 and its still under warranty so i want to know wether if i put in the sub it will invalidate the warranty as ive still got a year left under warranty

The warranty is probably just for mechanical issues, engine, chassis etc. I don't think customizing the sound system would invalidate it but you might want to check with whoever is responsible for fulfilling the warranty first.

Check with the warranty people to see if it will invalidate it and get the name of the person you talk to for any further ref
Also check with your insurance people as it may be classed as a new sound system and as not standard factory issue (modified) it maybe not covered/ insured or it may even invalidate your insurance,
