Hi guys,
Has anyone done car leasing? I think it is cheaper than buying, am I wrong?
Grateful for your help, also any good tips of where to lease.

no i think car hire-ing will be more expensive than buying if using long term

I havnt leased a car before but i know a few people who have.

yes it is cheaper
you can buy the car for cheaper after a few years or so
can afford a better car because its cheaper

you never actually own the car

thats all i can think of off the top of my head :P but you get the drift.

Yes, and because of this fact, after a couple years you need to lease a new car or buy the one you leased (I think you sometimes have the option), and then lease another, and another, and pay for your vehicles until the day you die or buy one.

Leasing a car is only cheaper if you compare it to buying a brand new car. If you buy a used 2006 or 2007, that'll be cheaper. Personally, they don't make the cars that I want anymore, so it's not a huge concern.
