Default Wanting an occupation in the computer field?

How are you guys doing. I was wanting to get a job in the computer field. I was thinking maybe CADD. I like it alot and think I am pretty good at it. What first steps should I take to pursue this? Thanks..

Do you mean CAD as in Computer Aided Design?
If so, you have to think what kind of company you want to work for, as in the filed they work in, public/private etc.

When applying for a job, i assume they require a sort of portfolio of your work, and wether you have any qualifications...

Yeah. Well it doesn't really matter what company I work for. I am wondering what certifications I should get and stuff, since I have no real prior experience.
