| Salesforce.com or SugarCRM are my faves and they are both web-based so you can access them from anywhere. They are both full-blown Customer Relationship Management suites, which can help you track leads, pipelines and close deals. See links below. SugarCRM is free, but you need to know how to install it to a web server, or pay them to host it for you. Salesforce.com has a monthly fee. |
