Seeing as the wife is nearly 9 years older than me Alex I have to say there's nothing missing from my hand especially on a Sunday morning when she's snoring her guts out.:D

I know when I'm working on a Lady's hair i can tell if they smoke or not because i can smell it on then (not very nice)

Yes, it is not considered sexy anymore. Now if they could get rid of the part where people think it is cool that would be great.

True, far too many kids smoking just cos there friends are, I wont lie, thats how I started. For some people it's just far too easy to be the sheep. Me included! At least back then anyway. Still it annoys me today that kids from 13+ (or even younger sometimes) are standing outside shops trying to get you to buy them fags! It happens alot round here, problem is if you dont you run the risk of getting mugged or stabbed or something! Im glad I dont live in this area, just work. Anyone unfortunate enough to have been to Crawley, West Sussex?

Because it has connotations of a post-coital nature.

Also, Hollywood has a lot to answer for. All the films from the 40's to the 70's showed the 'strong, silent type' heroes smoking all the time. Guess all the kids of that era emulated them.
