Whats Your Favourite Breakfast

I like Bran Flakes with a Banana sliced in to the bowl with a drop of Milk "good fibre, as i have my curves to consider :D "

Ulster Fry but I only partake once every six weeks or so.

Bacon sandwhich. Thick White bread with brown sauce. Yum Yum :)

Sausage & Egg McMuffin.

Ewwww. Lol. I havn't had Mcdonalds in about 5 or 6 years. Yay go me. Lol.

Another thing great in the morning is Scambled egg. Yummy

I don't eat it often, still like em tho'.

Sometimes i just have an apple :D

Errr, Alex and I would still like an owner of this site with regard to a long term aspect so please refrain from eating that trash please boss. :)

On a Sunday morning I like to prepare;
Bacon
2 Eggs
Beans
Fried mushrooms
Black Pudding (It's a Yorkshire thing)
Fried bread
Sausages

The mushrooms need to be done in the bacon oil and then the beans need to be heated in the remains of the oil that the bacon and mushrooms were cooked in, similar to a deglazing thing.
The eggs and fried bread need a seperate frying pan.
It's a big one pan thing and really bad for you but wtf.

Agree, a young healthy Man like you Dave needs Fruit and Fibre (i don't mean the boxed stuff) :D

That's very true Em but could you throw a fry up together at 5 in the morning when your on a 6-2?

Hahahha, knew that would cause a stir, I eat it like once or twice a month.

I eat healthy most of the time so nothing to worry about you lot. :)
