Prefer to stay in the U.S. Currently working in IT at a major Fortune 100 company.Best = Most available. Location in country, what IT area is hottest (languages, job positions)

You want to leave a Fortune 500 company? Are they downsizing? Whatever you do don't move to Michigan. The economy is horrible here. The best way is to find a new position is to network. I hear the IT field is saturated with workers.
