The Orchard of Health website has the nutritional information on all types of fruit. The site also have research on the natural health benefits of fruit.

By the way, I've heard that in some cases, you're better off with frozen fruit instead of "fresh", because of the long transport times with some kinds of produce.

Also, I heard the tip that it's good to keep some canned fruit on hand in case of a power outage that lasts several days. A few years ago much of our city's power was out for about a day, so that seems like a good idea to me.

This are good sites to be aware of. I never even thought of where you would look to find the actual nutritional values of different fruits.
